The main access to the resort will be through the palm alley on the top-center of the plan. The reception is locatet in the star-like building at the end of it. right below is the pool and spa area. On the left-hand side is the dolphinarium with look on the sea.

Villas set directly in the water are another feature though not shown in this plan. Along the coastline on the right side of the plot is an ideal area to realize that.
