The Kaliantan Area
The red-cicled area on the map is the region we plan to use for our project,
around 1Km beachfront and a 35m high cliff with 360°-view, 30 min from the
new international airport and around 18Km
through the air from Kuta Lombok.
Because of the ideal conditions the province government is developing and promoting
the peninsula of Kaliantan in the east of Lombok as a new region for tourism. A total
area of 3.706.65 acres (1.500 hectares) near the coastline with hills, white sand beaches
and crystal clear water of the Indian Ocean are at the disposal for tourist projects.
The whole infrastructure on Kaliantan is recently improving; new roads, water and power
supply, new telephone-lines. Special contitions for investors make it even more attractive.
Based on our good contacts with the local government we were asked to develop certain
projects and to find investors for this promising region. Many steps have already been
taken by the government to develop the infrastructure as for instance road construction,
water and electricity supply as well as telecommunication.
