Dolphin’s Paradise Resort, so it is planned, will have 75 villas, 6 two bedroom villas and
2 president villas which will be distributed on a large scale directly at the beach on an
area of 23 hectare (230.000 m²). If needed the resort could be extended by another 10
hectare.
The luxurious villas and the whole resort will be built in a combination of modern design and tropical live style. The entire resort will work like a hotel with a 24 hour service and will offer a broad variety of small shops, restaurants and bars.
